Two brothers. Two pro careers. One mission — to give the next generation the training, mentorship, and competitive edge they need to reach the highest levels of hockey.

Brady Simmons-Fischer has been a force on the ice since lacing up his first pair of skates as a kid in Michigan. A natural leader and fierce competitor, Brady climbed through the ranks of youth, high school, and junior hockey before earning a roster spot in professional hockey. His relentless work ethic and deep understanding of the game earned him recognition at every level he played.
Off the ice, Brady is just as driven. He founded Faster Better Hockey with a clear vision: to create a training program that mirrors the intensity, structure, and mentality of pro-level development — but made accessible to young players who are hungry to improve. Brady leads every FBH camp with a hands-on coaching style rooted in real experience, not theory.
As head coach, Brady oversees all on-ice programming, designs the camp curriculum, and personally mentors every player who comes through the doors. He believes that greatness is built through repetition, accountability, and the willingness to be coached — values he brings to every session.

Lukas Fischer's hockey journey is one defined by talent, determination, and an unrelenting pursuit of the next level. Growing up alongside his brother Braidan in Michigan, Lukas showed elite-level skill from a young age — standing out in every league he played in and earning attention from scouts across North America.
That trajectory led Lukas to the OHL, where he became a standout defenseman for the Sarnia Sting and was named team captain for the 2024–25 season. His play caught the eye of NHL scouts, and the St. Louis Blues selected him in the 2nd round (56th overall) of the 2024 NHL Draft. Now signed to an entry-level contract with the Blues, Lukas is on the path to the NHL and brings a perspective shaped by competing at the highest levels of junior hockey.
At FBH, Lukas specializes in skill development and compete level. He's known for pushing players out of their comfort zones while giving them the tools and confidence to thrive under pressure. Whether it's refining edge work, improving shot mechanics, or developing in-game decision making, Lukas brings the same intensity to coaching that defines his playing career.
Lukas is passionate about mentorship and helping young players navigate the pathway from youth hockey to the junior, college, and professional levels. As someone actively on that journey himself, he's committed to helping the next generation find their way.
